Sun Dappled Bricks

You really haven't got the idea of these brick wall shots at all Mr Moore, have you? They should be done face on and it is vital that you use boring, uniform light. If you take them at a ridiculous angle like this you are in danger of achieving aesthetically pleasing compositions with drama and interest. It's a camera for goodness sake, not a bloody paint brush! ;)

Oh, and I forgot to mention that, even though it was done purely in error I am sure, I really like this shot. :)

Pete, Brian did take the picture face on in uniform light. Unfortunately due to a not very accurate Ebay description the camera wasn't exactly in full working order. ;)

Nice Brian, I like it but I wouldn't ask the guy who built this to work on my house.

Oh, I really like this. Affy bonnie!
Thanks, Rob. Much appreciated.

Still working on my brick wall technique, Pete. Please give me time to acquire better skills. ;)

Much appreciated, Pete. Thanks.:)

He made pretty good use of the half and quarter bits, Paul. I figure he saved somebody some money! ;)

Anyway, thanks Paul!

Thanks, Chris. (I'm learning a lot from you lot. A couple of years ago I would never have thought to take this picture. But since joining RPF I have seen many a great fotie of things that don't commonly appeal to the casual snapper.:))
