An alternative view to Jim's earlier post.
Our main destination of the day was the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. To be honest, I did not find it very inspiring; it was noisy, crowded, full of bright multi-coloured machines and other unnatural stuff ... all in all just not my kind of thing.
To my surprise, however, as I go through processing the pictures I found them much more interesting in black and white. The texture comes through and, with less colours, gives them more focus.
Here are some I would like to share
#1 A speaker at the speakers' corner
#2 I like the fact that he faced away and snoozed while others embraced the sunlight and watched the world went by
#3 Closed up on Santa
#4 Prepared for the dreading drop
#5 Hoops and bottles game
#6 A boy watching the goose fed
#7 Leaves and canopy
