You know Pual, I have a feeling I've either posted it before or given a link to my old imaging site (it's not yet on http:www.babelsberg-studio.com yet, but I might put the series there tomorrow). Anyway, the PP is a C41 - E6 CP done using PhotoKit from Pixel genius, a plugin for PS up to CS4 (and CS5 in 32 bit mode). Hopefully they will produce the promosed 64 bit version as it is one of the better CP simulations around (very faithful to film) and the Burn tone and dodge tone set is the best edge and corner dodging and burning tools I've yet to find.
I find the CP on LR a bit hammer and chisel, this looks a lot more sophisticated. Whether the CP on LR can be modified to that degree I don't know yet but I suspect not.
I guess it should be possible to create a preset that does a good job but I tend to use Nik ColorFX Pro 3 in LR for both CP and a couple of other simulations. I think i still prefer the Pixel Genius version as it so so quick to use and so close to what I usually want.
That's really odd, did you post that before or after I said basically the same thing else where? I did actualy have déjà vu though ... Did you really have déjà vu ... That's really spun me out!
I've def seen this image though, like it too!
Thanks Lili and welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy the place. As you've probably noticed, it is pretty friendly here and I'm sure you will. What sort of pictures do you take?
