Serene though - no wonder you were chilled out! I like the green spreading up the mountain.

It's a place I visit often to 're-adjust' and funnily to my right of this picture was that bluebell island

Lush!! I have nothing to critisise. It's a nice relaxing frame :)

Thank you all, as a photo it's weird for me and i'm not sure I like it lol

I think it's a perfectly good landscape but it does lack the scale and drama of your usual work. And for you the place has other meanings so maybe you need a more extreme treatment. Maybe something in toned B&W?

You may have something there, I'll look into that... damned blue skies !! :)

Was it taken on the canon by any chance?

Yes it was Dan, what gave it away ?

The frame size/crop gave it away for me. It doesn't appear to be a 4/3 frame. (assuming there has been no cropping)

I may have worded that in a confusing manor :/ lol

Oh, and yeah, it's lacking the soul....... (thanks for the reminder pete) :p

actually there is something to be said for the soul comment, it's the imperfections in the Oly that give it the soul content whereas the Canon picture quality is so much better .... luckily I have enough soul to compensate :)))
