This was taken from my hotel balcony in February 2013. Focal length was equal too 800mm using a NEX-6 and a 200mm lens x four in digital. Hand held so it's quite blurred. I have saturated colour and added contrast.

That makes a very interesting graphic image - it could almost be a drawing done with felt pen. I like it very much.

You could have made the colour palette pastel which would have given a sense of loneliness but instead you have gone the other way which in a way makes the colours that you see unexpected. I like it for that reason.
