The first of the two seems particularly strong to me with that black, static group against the white background and that young man who seems to want to cross a threshold between two worlds.

In view of recent political events, I find the first image particularly poignant.. 'once more into the darkness'. Both superb images.

Thanks, lads. Intriguing exhibits. From the side they looked just black, as you see in the first image, but head on they were filled with detail, as in the second. Annoyingly I didn’t note the name of the artist.

I’d like to get some of that playfulness back into my photography.
