I like the first shot the best.

The vertical alignment that give a better sense of scale. The plane and the moon really give it a little extra attraction to the eye.

Thank you Pete and Dennis for your comments. I like the first one the best as well. I saw the plane (heading to Heathrow) as I was setting up the shot, so I waited for it to come into the frame - the moon was a bonus. I was using a polarizing filter to get the dark blue sky.
