Tree Motion

Dan Down - The Steampunk Womble
I bought a new ND filter yesterday. A ND 2-400 for Hama. £30 quid it cost me! the most expensive filter I own to be fair. lol

Anyway, this was at my nans in her back yard with the ND filter on, f/22, ISO 100, and 50 seconds exposure..

It has been pretty miserable in worcestershire today as far as the whether is concerned, so I thought I'd capture it in a different way...

I'm going to be playing around alot with this filter for a while. lol

What a great idea Dan - very cool - love the detail in the bark as well

Even it you didn't realise it was a tree, it's visually striking.

Brilliant Dan!
I know when someone has taken a good photo sometimes when i get that "bugger... why didnt i think of that?" feeling!
really nice idea, and the b&w suits really well!!

Thanks Hamish,
Let's just say I was inspired by the wind. Lol.
It was just an experimental spur of the moment thing which happened to work in my favour :)

Yeah, if it got any windier than that it would of been me it strikes
Thank you Priya
