Found the other day on the laptop, about a year old, but finally edited it today. Its a bit soft, but i kinda like it that way.

Nicely composed Lauren and the 'soft' focus doesn't distract. Would work well as a high structure B&W as well. What do you think?

Brings up a good point - how much post processing in programs like photoshop does the A Level allow/involve?

I think its a very clever composition. Woods generally look nice but as a strong focal point in an image they don't really work IMHO. However the carved heart and the general composition really works and makes it strong. The soft focus is good too.

Chris - In the Actual exam (5 hour exam in which we produce a board showing our process of the photo) we are meant to do minimum, but normally, we can do what ever we want if we don't do anything extreme. Some people don't really do much whilst others completely rely on it.
