When I started with digital photography, back in 2009, I made myself a 365 project, called men at work. For a year, I made photos of people working, and this one is one of those . I redid the post processing. F

Probably good for comparison: the photo with the treatment I posted before...

Well, I instantly preferred the first. But then it started to look treated, whereas the other one doesn't. I think I'd like one in between :) I told you everyone is getting picky these days.

Pfffff.... As you can se, in between is just a blank line...:p

Both are treated, of course. The second (read: the first in time) is cropped more, for instance. The first (...) has more (virtual, digital) dodge and burning, I think that's all....

Very nice capture. If you want picky tho, I'll give you picky. It's just too sharp, especially the crates on the cart. It lacks... what's the word ... ah, yes. It lacks the atmosphere to be found in b&w film.

Who says I want you to be picky?! :D
I will tell you a secret: it's shot with a digital camera.... :D :D :D But: don't tell the others!

I like the first one, - a little lighter. I like the second one, - a little darker, but I like the man at work and maybe a little more of the environment he works at or walks to. Now we are getting to crave quite a bit Rense. That digital / film discussion I shall leave out.

I prefer the first ones crop leaving the number sixteen seems significant along with the space. A Pentax man for life it seems Rense and I can see why quite clearly.
