Vertical Splitter

Time to reveal the mystery optic used in http://www.realphotographersforum.com/forum/threads/a-multitude.16667/. As hinted at the 'optic' is actually a child's toy made of cheap plastic. Light those insect eye viewers the scene is split into multiple images by a vertically faceted plastic 'lens'. I simply held it partially in front of the lens of the RX100 while composing. Here are a couple of views of the unit 'in use'.

Both images using a Leica Monochrom + 50 mm Leica Noctilux f1:1. ISO 640, 1/60s, f1:1. PP in LR / Nik SilverFX Pro 2. Seemed only fitting given the rarity of the splitter!

ah, sorry, I read f/1:1 as f1.1 I thought there was a noctilux I wasn't aware of ... between the 1.2 and 1.0 maybe ...
