Critique Welcomed View from the Marxburg to the rhine

Last week I have vistited the Marxburg at the Rhine. It is an old castle in germany that got never destroit since it was build in the 13th centuri. The castle is realy interesting and it has some wunderful views over the rhine.

I used a Sony Alpha 65 and a Konika-Minolta 18-70mm Zoomlens. A realy simple combination.

Number two,...looking down upon the turret and the Rhine, is a fine picture. I like that flag pole a lot. It adds something to the composition. Do you have any photos of the castle from below? It would be nice to see what it looks like. Anyway, nice set of images, Jan-Niclas.

Great set of pictures. Really like the second one, gives a real sense of height and scale. Looks like a beautiful area.
