Walls And Clouds

Great Rob that first is superb as is the last. not disliking the second , yet the first got me thinking more and the last has clouds as if white blackboard chalk had been used on sugar paper, which I can enjoy. Like the tones in the last a lot. Super superb set.

Thanks, Julian. I get the chalk reference. I was just beginning to to enjoy the walls and clouds idea, then I looked ahead and saw that cloud between the two buildings. I nearly died running into traffic to get in position. Stupid, really, as the clouds didn't seem to be moving at all.

The second is more about the magnificent wall...

Rob no need to die for art, that's been done I am sure so not original. Your post "Amazing Light In Edinburgh This Evening" http://www.realphotographersforum.com/forum/threads/amazing-light-in-edinburgh-this-evening.17637/ you ran , got puffed out, this is becoming a habit.

We need to look up more now. The first is a stunner and dizzying. . The cloud formation is very similar to what we see when we look down, from a plane (Ryanair only). Pure cotton wool.
Love the ladder effect linking the buildings in the third and in the second you present us with the bare bones of the clouds. A brilliant threesome.

Thanks, Tom. I'm loving thinking b&w film through a digital camera...when I set it for either b&w or for colour, I don't change it. That helps me think as I do when I'm out with a film camera. It's a fun and interesting game to play, and effects how and what I shoot.
