What does the graffiti on the boat mean - or is it just a home-painted boat name?

The vibrancy of the greens, and the feeling of the lush landscape really comes through - great selection of views.

I think the graffiti reads " If you see this boat on the right of the frame, please push it back to the centre" well I paraphrased it somewhat, but you get the idea.

I'm very wary about Welsh translations since seeing this classic

What the Welsh actually says is "I am not in the office at the moment. Please send any work to be translated"

Seems like the authority making the signs couldn't tell an out of office Email in Welsh, from a set of directions! LMAO!!
