#7 Pacific Surfliner Series - Crossing Trestles

Trestles is a world famous surfing beach, North of San Diego - near to San Onofre.

It's kind of hidden away, there's no parking-lot, and you have to walk a mile on a trail to get to the beach.

When you get there, as well as the 3 killer surfing breaks, there's an impressive railroad trestle across the San Mateo Creek & Lagoon - soon to be replaced with a concrete structure

Here's the Pacific Surfliner heading North across the trestle, as the Pacific waves break on the beach.

I really love this shot chris, if the train was an old British rail class 44 diesel like my grandad used to drive.....well I would be buying it for a huge canvas at any cost !!! I love the tilt on the camber aswell!!
