I have stared at this for a few days on and off now, ive lost all sense of judgement about it so thought id post it see what other people thought of it

Lots of selective focusing in LR a split tone, than another low opacity brown layer added in photoshop ...
Just a bit of a imagination spillage i suppose

Yep Me too now :) Often B&W gives something that colour just doesn't, Are we getting too used to having everything in colour do you think, odd question but I still remember z cars in B&W, and love Film Noir I even Paint in B&W at Times.......Perhaps I should post one:)

I like the B&W one too. It has more instant appeal and concentrates the eye on the geometry of the roof and the areas of focus. But I wouldn't give up on the colour one. It is excellent but I think the sky draws the eye a bit. How about cropping most of the sky out?

I was going to add that Pete as an option but we are getting a bit of stick for Sq Crop......but I do think it would suit this image either colour or B&W

Square? ;)

Yes Kev, post!
I know what you mean too ... Photography that looks less like real life ticks more of my boxes ...

Square :D But I was thinking of leaving in a tad of sky.....I'm being pickie now still like it though.........

I will post......

Yep lets do it we could do a collaboration, there's enough of us........

Worcester at Christmas in B&W ;)

It's only a model.... well it looks like one

Avoid the square crop Hamish - it's so... square ;)

I did want to achive that model look to start with ... sort of inspired by Kevs hobby... but the other way around

but then i got a bit carried away with the colours etc

You can get that model look stronger by upping the colours a bit more, but it works better with more of a point of reference and from a higher angle
