Abstract 1

This is part of a short experiment using lens movement of a Lensbaby mid-shot. An interesting pattern and I might explore further.

Ah a lensbaby user......Pete I love the effect of the lensbaby though it's not every ones cup of tea....not sure they see the effect of soft focus...........I only have a Muse and it probably doesn't come out of the bag enough, I think you might get some very 'contemporary designs' with the movement during exposure, something akin to scanography maybe.....will be an interesting project

Throckmorton Church, for me the LB was a perfect choice to images with something a little different, and of course with the muse you can never recreate it.

I'm quite a fan of Lensbabies. I started with the original Lensbaby (like the Muse but with a non-interchangeable optic) and, sad person that I am, I now have all variants of the Lensbaby family (even the ridiculous creative aperture kit!). i think there are several images I've posted using them on the site. In many ways I like the Muse-style unit the best and it is very quick and intuitive. I think the effect it gives suits your churchyard shots well and focuses the eye nicely. I'll dig some more of mine out and post them in the next week or so.

I have the 3G(?) ...
Dug it out in my big clear up the other day .. Going to have a go at this effect ...
What's the actual subject?
