he listed the minimum focusing distance as a con, so i think he reviewed it fairly enough..

I like reviews by working photographers and hobbyists who care about the final result. Charts can be pretty, but I kind of prefer photographs, and a sense of whether the lens is nice to work with etc.
With 3 primes for the XP and now the 100s I am broadly covered, but this one will do things none of that can do - and this review indicates it is keeping up the Fuji standard. Tempting.
