Delos Rocks

Taken on the island of Delos half way up to the peak in the centre of the island on 1st April 2011.

Looks like you caught the clouds just at the right moment, they infer a triangle that works well with the rocks. Did you have to wait or were they just like that.

Thanks guys. The sky was like this all day with clouds rushing across the sky. It was a warm day but with odd showers and all of the island was green and the spring flowers were out. I guess by now it will be on the way to being a burnt patch of rock as is typical of the Greek islands. Although it was all quite green and lush I felt the muted tones suited the mood of the place better with the island being covered by traces of a 'lost' civilisation.
