Ps did anyone notice the little bird ... there isn't one [doh]
I have something to say, but I want to see what other people say first![]()
Well, what can I say Chris?! Wonderful stuff. There is so much to like in this shot and, as a location, I'd be going back there a few times I think (that squared background has so much potential - and not just if you are a member of DPR!). The way the grid contrasts with the natural elements in the shot and formalises the sign and post etc is very striking I think. I like the fact that all of the leaves are fallen but there is a green plant beside it. And then there is the river of blood flowing from the fallen leaves! I could probably go on but I'll shut up now and just go back and look at it again!

There's a Japanese drawing in there as well!- sorry, I'll go away now!

And look at the way the tree and the post centre on the lines of tiles...

I just hope you are feeling smug and self satisfied Mr Dodkin!!![]()
Really like photos as these man made intrusions & nature.
i just want to know who left the skid marks on the curb?unless, of course, it's a bus station, then i think we know.. silly passenger sitting on the curb waiting on the bus to arrive.
Nice one Chris that wall is a great backdrop, I can see many possibilities to experiment with.
I was going to suggest that Pete might like it .. And in fact I would be very supprised if Pete's work hadn't had some sort of influence in this ... I might even have spoke about such facts behind both of your backs ...![]()
