here is a sample flyer ....designed by me, as all the artwork is

it'd be a great event i think for someone to photograph as it's full of people dressed in 50's clothes and I can't do it cos i'm too busy

it's Synkro - Look At Yourself

Thanks chaps - downloading now from Discogs - excellent!

Love a bit of triphop dubstep myself - anything in the chilled electro vibe goes down very nicely :)

Sounds great through a good hifi,
Chris, I could reel off a list of hundreds of tracks currently on my phone if you like that sort of music,
I am a legit music downloader though I have to say, iTunes has cost me about 2k 6 years!! If you want me to chris, I'll rack up a list of recommendations for you after the Xmas period for you to have a listen to

Dan - yes it does sound great through a good hifi! :) :D

Love to check-out your list - I'm really into that genre of music, and have even formed a Chilled Downtempo group on Facebook, so folks can share tracks/artists etc

I can see i'm going to have to take you 2 aside and force feed you real music lol

Davie - I appreciate a wide range of music, but I buy mostly chilled electronica

Like Dan - it's cost me an arm and a leg in recent years - although used CDs on Amazon are a bargain when you can get what you need.

Other than that I use Discogs.com to get WAV files of tracks that are hard to come by, or were only released on 12"

I can appreciate the price of music, when we dj at my club we only use original US issue vinyl some of which runs at £1000+ ... in fact the last time my record box(my play box) was valuated it was worth more than my house :D

I used to listen to a lot of electonica in the late 80's with the acid house thing ( I got arrested for running an illegal rave haha) ...one band that stuck out purely down to the voice was Electribe 101 with the amazing Billie-Ray Martin :)

I'm most certainly appreciative with all music (exept the **** in the radio) I was bought up listening to classical and jazz.
Coming from a musically talented backround I appreciate the construction of the sounds, instruments, voices, and how they conform into one another.. Metal music (although is hated by manyl) is amazingly talented and gracefully excicuted.... What ****** me off is when folk says it a raging mess and all 'shouty screamy'..... Yeah, okay, it is to the folk who are unwilling to listen... It's probably too much going on for the untrained ear to listen. Killswitch Engage, FANTASIC band! FANTASTICALY talented!
Then came, dubstep, drumstep, chilled electro etc
Although the media has been replaced by circuitry and buttons...... The creation and use of those hugely available sounds is astonishing!! Perfect example....... Aphex Twin - Vordhosbn
