Fuji Gsw690 Ii Pro (query)

Hi all, seen this nice looking condition Fuji GSW690 II Pro medium format camera for sale in Edinburgh, an asking price of £450 or nearest offer. It's got a fixed 65mm lens. Looks quite sturdy/chunky.

Any advice/experience/knowledge about this Fuji medium format would be greatly appreciated.
