Revisiting my Sigma's ability for easy IR shooting at a local festival this weekend.





Using the IR filter attached rendering the viewfinder relatively useless made for some fun zone focused hip shooting.

Nice. I especially like the first and last. Interesting how the infrared gives a subtle but distinct effect on skin tones. When you say zone focusing, do actually mean the classic kind, i.e. set it to about the right distance and snap? If so I reckon you did exceptionally well given that most of these look pretty wide open!

Thanks Stevenson, I did indeed mean the classical sense of it- couldn't be bothered to unscrew-compose-rescrew the filter .

They are, believe it or not, at f.8!!
