Just bought another - Fuji XF1

Got an XF1 from the Fuji refurb site for £220. Just ordered it last night, so await its arrival. I wanted something small I could put in my pocket, carry everywhere.

12MP 2/3 inch EXR-CMOS sensor - the same as the X100 (I've sold mine after buying the sXE1)
25-100mm manual barrel zoom
F1.8-F4.9 aperture range - the f1.8 works at wide-angle.
Large 3.0 inch LCD
Fast processing and response times
Optical Image Stabilisation



There were quite a few options of other cameras in this price range, but I've come to know Fuji. The XE1 is wonderful, my main axe, but it's a little large to pocket for all occasions - as also was the X100. Watch this space for images.

The sensor is the same at the x10 though, not the x100 ... So expect good, just not as good as the x100 results.

Looks good and i'm sure it will still take an image lol considering this iPhone photo got on the cover of TIME, having the most up to date shiny camera isn't everything. I say this only as none of my kit is new or shiny lol

iPhone photo, photographer takes the photo not the camera (but its fun to collect )

you must have someone else holding it then. i've been pretty interested in this camera, but it's not in my budget for another camera atm, esp. with new lenses coming.. i'll be waiting not too patiently to see what you do with it.

Hopefully it will be for you what the RX100 is for Hamish (but sadly not to me) and the Ricoh GR Digital series (can't wait for the V) is for me. In the pocket most of the time.
