Whilst plodding up to get a bottle late last night the lone figure of this 'Moggy Thou' was sat at the side of the road...the guy who owns it is a bit of a character and lives in the big house on the left, the Moggy is usually kept in the yard but tonight seemed to have been left there just for me...

The car is a split screen 1950's model. :)

Lovely shot, Kev. A bit of trivia about the shape of the Minor: Alec Issigonis, the designer of the car, thought the life-size clay mock up didn't look right. He told the modelers to remove a 9 (or maybe it was 12) inch slice all the way down the center of the car--bumper-to-bumber--then slide the two remaining sections together. After that it looked right to him, and that was the final body design dimensions. So I read anyway.

Thanks Rob, and Brian.. Hey a great bit of trivia that Brian and I can see how with the extra 10-12 inches it would look wrong, without big fats on and a set of twin exhausts and a V12 with Turbo intake on the bonnet that is...:D

I like this shot, great B/W conversion and no modern cars to spoil the look..

Thanks Glen, it was the only car in the street which is unusual, if there had been others there I probably would have just past by...

wow liking this scene including the old motor.KK, very Alfred Hitchcock or maybe Sherlock homes styleeee.

Great work

Lovely shot - great use on ambient illumination, and a perfect B&W subject

Looks as though someone let all the right street lights on for you too Kev!
That's a lovely shot!
I'd see if the chap wants a copy!
