New 'retro' Fuji Instax camera - Mini 90 Neo Classic

Amazon seller it is - Should be on it's way here from JP for next week :)

Looks like about $30 Brian - for 3 day expedited - so not bad considering the distance

I have a tracking number - let the posty stalking begin!

I think the Amazon people may cap what they can charge as sellers - Has to be some benefit to using them?

I take that back - someone is trying to charge $1,312.80 as an Amazon seller, for the same camera! :D :D :D

Woooo Hoooooo!

Charging the battery as I type! :)

Niiiiice!

On a related note. A friend of mine brought some old 6x4 albums to the pub a few weeks ago for us to look at. Shots from his travels as a ship's engineer in the 60s and 70s. The prints had faded quite a lot and yellowed. However, some Polaroids in there looked as good as they did the day they were taken!

Dave,...were the old Polaroids BW or color? Either way its impressive that they had kept their tones, but in those days you had to coat the BW images in a special solution to prevent them from fading or turning a disagreeable shade. (A small squeegee soaked in the solution came with every BW film pack for this purpose.) I'm guessing your pal did a good job of squeegeeing.)
