Took a wander through Little Italy in downtown San Diego today with SWMBO - lots of nice things to shoot.

A couple of shots for the windows theme:

Is the first one the corner of a building?
I love the wobbliness, but would perhaps crop the tree out?

Can't get my head round the second one ...
Makes or an interesting perspective though I think!

The 1st is the more complete image for me too. It reminds me of some images I have seen where multiple shots of bulidings were taken and then montaged together to look like a mosiac of hundreds of contact prints. As they were made from shots of more than one view they look wobbly.

First one is a corner of a nice shiny building - I liked the way the corner made the reflections of the buildings suddenly change - exposure was set to keep the objects encroaching on the reflection as silhouettes.

The second one is a more complex building side, which has panels at different angles to the street, in a sort of stepped pattern, giving different reflections.

I shot it on an angle as it was a more interesting comp, and the orange reflection down to the bush anchored the lower corner.
