Attention Simplified Showcase Section

I have simplified a lot of the features of the showcase section
the comments box has been taken away
the download button removed
ratings have been removed
and a few other things I now can't remember...

The idea being, it is just for showcasing images, nothing more...

Please feel free to use this for storage of images to be displayed within the forums

Any thoughts?

I think it's a very good idea Hamish. It was never a good place to comment and I felt guilty either putting just a short sentence or nothing at all. I'm glad you kept it, but now it's not competing with the threads. I think it's only down to you, you know... people in here are so friendly that we want to chat (and Hugo High Five and lark around)

Is it possible to have photos in threads to automatically also be posted in showcase at all.

No, but using the showcase as the hosting place for the photo would have the same effect
