This is from my first attempt at using slide film. I took this shot last summer and the roll remained unfinished until just the other week. I have been eagerly anticipating the chance to see this one, so it was the first that I scanned when the envelope plopped through the letterbox this morning.
Very pleased with it.

And so you should be. Very well-caught, indeed. I like the little window in the boat, and how the red cloud reflections get wider as they get "higher". Some specks of dust that could be cleaned up, though, and a backwards S-shaped hair of wool or something in the far-left part of the widest cloud.

Yes, I let my enthusiam get the better of me and posted the image without any tweakery, Rob. I normally check for alien entities first!
