Uploading Images

I am having a problem uploading images.

Using the 'insert image' button as before and all I get is a small black box with a cross in it. This is the same whether I use HTML, BB code or via the image properties which has worked before. All of this from Flikr.

I must be doing something wrong so I would appreciate some help and guidance.

Milan, from Flickr, I simply copy the BB link, then paste that straight into here without using the 'insert picture'.

That has worked. Thanks Julian. I kept trying the insert picture which has always worked for me before.
