#6 Pacific Surfliner Series

Taken this morning from Carlsbad with the 5D2 and 600mm - early morning Pacific Surfliner comes up the grade, heading South from Carlsbad.

Camera set f8 and AI Servo AF to track the moving target.

16:9 Crop

B&W with slight colour tint

Managed to get the shots without getting arrested as well!

Given that I can get some nice shots with the 600 lens - I now need to find a location with a great backdrop to really make it count...

i love the heat haze on the first one! would it be possible to get more of a view down the tracks to the right of the train?

No more tracks on the original full-frame
