Canon Sure Shot A1

It's July in my 'year of film cameras' project - and this month it's the Canon Sure Shot A1 - Underwater Camera.

This is the perfect camera to ride the retro wave, and make a splash at the beach or pool during the summer.

Nice Chris!
I was thinking of a waterproof one for my collection... We had one in the shop once, not this canon, another tht I really liked. I have been trying to work out what it was. Is this one pretty bomb proof too then?

I am bidding on two canons for the collection at the mo ... A lovely looking zoom and a really unusual half frame one. Also on the look out for a canon mc which looks like it might be a bit of a sleeper ...

I bloody love compact film cameras!!!

I doubt a Nikonos would have faired as well from that drop [doh]
