I chanced upon this little one whilst walking home, seemed near the end of life so I planned to place them in my garden on the buddleia.

A chance to record some close up details of a month wasn't about to go amis. This was a touch dramatic, yet I felt reflected the texture and strange circumstances this moth and I found ourselves in.

He's quite a furry wee fellow, isn't he, Wes? I never imagined such fur on a moth.
Indeed Brian, moths have a wonderful coat of hair, it's striking on the larger species.

A color shot I took of it in a less unnerving pose to illustrate.
