The story/intention wasn't very clear in the first one due to the distance, I couldn't quite see what he was doing. Also, there doesn't seem to be a strong relationship between the subjects (two dudes vs green hair dude on the right).
The second one is much better (did you get in trouble for shuffling a camera in his face?
). One minor point I notice is that his skin tone (highlights) is blown out a little (because he is so white), reduce the highlights a bit should help.

It seems you may be having a bit of a no comment week this week Dave. Sometimes not every post gets a comment just to the ebb and flow of the amount members who may have posted logging on, or not. I don't think it is anything malicious.
I don't dislike them but I am not really confident I can offer any constructive comments. Maybe, on the first, crop out the woman on the left, The Thompson sign from the top and the two guys on the left? I think it will make the photo much more about the punk and what he is doing and the oddity of doing on a street bench.
