Bienvenue à Québec!

I just love your set of pictures Glenn. Your story is a good read, unfortunately I have to go to your country or Canada to see them. Here they tend to shoot them on sight and we don't even have 50 of them, mostly preserved swedes that wander across. I'm ashamed of being a Norwegian at times. By the way, how far apart were you in general and what lens did you use? Wonderful set.
Thanks Ivar. You are not alone when you feel ashamed of your country. Mine has it's share of issues. BIG ones.
I only took a 123mm and a 1.4 extender because I have real trouble keeping my next size ... 300 mm steady without a tripod. We were 25-75 meters away. At the closest we were up in a little shed which is used as a blind. The pics when the cubs and raccoon were looking up...was when we were the closest. I think all they could see was the camera lens...but I'm sure they knew we were there. The guide insisted that we didn't talk...he didn't want them to relate a human voice to comfort with closeness.
