These are all with the 90mm lens, just before the arrival of the 180 and 140...Gloriously untouched...

I think I put the 180mm lens on for the last shot, but it didn't come out. I'm not too concerned about that, as I wasn't 100% sure if there was a shot left. The counter said there was, but it didn't seem to take. Anyway, new film on the way...

I've had that Traquair Ale!

Some nice shots, Rob. (You're acquiring some nice cameras. Except the Leica's not yours. But it's in yer hoose!)

Nice pix!

Mmmmm... Traquair House Ale - good stuff. Their Jacobite ale is the jewel in their crown though :)

Good observation, Pete. Normally I send these films off to a guy in England who specialises in b&w films, but for this one I found a local shop who would do them, so I thought I'd try them out. I can clean them up myself, but, yes, they could have been done better.

Mmmmmm medium format goodness - sorry about the dust police Rob - what ya gonna do? :D

I know. What's he like?!

I have the negs, so might give them a try. About that - I see people use special holders for the negs when scanning. Why is this necessary, and can't you just lay the negs on the screen, covered by the lid of the scanner?

Look good Rob but have you noticed the slight purple colour banding on some of them? Also the second from last looks like something has been spilt on the negative. Sorry if I sound negative (no pun intended) just wanted to mention it incase you decide to print any of them and then discovered the issues afterwards.

Paul, purple??? I don't see it on my screen. Not sure about the spillage either. What drugs are you on? ;) Seriously, does anyone else see what Paul is talking about?

@Paul Lange - on second look, you are right. I see a very light pink hue on the Leica shot. I don't know how that got there, as it is not on the original. For the new version above I cleaned up the spots, then used Levels to lighten it a little. And that's all I did. However, after seeing the pink, I took that image and desaturated all the colours to zero, and I did see a change. Here is the latest final version :)

Better?
